FATAL ERROR ON INSTALL FOR PRO VERSION

Hey… I’d really like to get the pro version to work. I’ve emailed and I’ve filled out the form on your website and I’ve posted on a similar post in this forum.

No response.

I’m not going to give you a bad rating just yet, but if I don’t get a response soon, I will. And I will need my money refunded because this simply doesn’t work. FATAL ERROR.

I left very detailed troubleshooting info on the form through your website. Please don’t make me type all of it again.

Please understand that I appreciate and like the potential of this plugin and I appreciate your work. Please understand that I can’t delay my project much longer while trying to get this portfolio to work.
