Good luck, Bj! I think that their file must be corrupt or unfinished and there’s nothing I can do until it’s fixed as crappy as it is to say.
So because the support for this plugin, is so absolutely AWFUL and slow – even for PAID customers, I decided to reach out to a few programmers for advice.
We decided to run the PHP file giving me problems, through an authenticator, and lo and behold we found the following errors:

This is complete negligence on the end of the programmers and I am absolutely FURIOUS.
