    Hello,

When I add an image to a content-popup project it becomes turned 90 degrees, so that it is flipped on the web page when viewed.. It also becomes flipped upon upload to the media library.

Can I crop the image to a certain pixel/resolution size so that this doesn’t happen? Is there another way to fix my issue? I am using the free version of Portfolio gallery.

Thanks for your assistance and time.

    Sincerely,
    Gardenalia Team

  • Hello gardenalia,
Dear user, please deactivate our plugin and add images to your Media Library and check whether the images are flipped or not.

I have the same problem and all of my images were pre-loaded before the plug-in. and in the media centre they are all the right way up. What gives?

Dear t2sincla if the images are turned before plugin, that means it’s not related to plugin. please try to contact wordpress support with this question, maybe some minor issue or conflict.

the images are NOT rotated before the plug in. they are fine in the gallery, fine in any other page that i insert them into, but only in this gallery they are rotated. Images also show up zoomed in on the gallery thumbnails.

I think Huge IT mean that you’d have this issue with the image if it was in a normal post, not just the plugin’s gallery.

no i have had the same image in other pages as well. it used to be the same image in a different gallery and it was fine. In the free version it was fine too. it’s also fine in safari, but on mobile and chrome some of the images are rotated 90 deg. When i go in to delete the images and rotate them and reload them into the plug in the images in the plug in are the correct orientation even before i delete them.

But if you look at the image itself, you can see that it’s sideways: http://i2.wp.com/www.timbercrosshomes.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/Photo-2014-11-11-11-57-46-AM-e1454097871848.jpg

This is outside of the plugin.

Yes. you are right andrew. for some reason Chrome was acting up. The issue with regards to the zoomed in thumbnails from the gallery page is still in effect. I see it in every browser from my safari developer view. I also see it in Chrome when I go in the native browser. It doesn’t happen every time, and if I refresh the page multiple times it will go away. Ideas Huge-it? Thanks in advance. really love the rest of the UI and feel. just need to polish this off so I can sleep.
