Thank you. I tried to reproduce the issue, but the form seems to work properly on my end.
Do you always receive the same part of the form via email? If so, where does the form results stop? Does it stop after or before a specific field?
Could you also go to the Feedback menu in your dashboard, and let me know if the submitted forms are complete there?
