Subscribers not registered despite confirming

    In several cases recently, people have been in touch to say that they entered their email addresses in the subscription for and then clicked on the “Confirm follow” button in the subsequent email they received, but received no subsequent confirmation email, are not in the list of subscribers and have not received any emails sent since they ‘subscribed’.

    The site is http://coochinando.com – Jeremy kindly helped clear the cache for the list of WordPress.com subscribers for us at some point in the last couple of days.

    I can send you some examples privately of the email addresses that didn’t work, if that would help identify the issue? If so, where/how?
