Need column added to theme

I want to use the twenty thirteen theme for my web site and want it to be three columns. On the home page, I want the header at the top, three columns underneath the header and a footer at the bottom.

The left and right column on the home page will be used for text, and advertisements to include images. The center column will be the widest and will be used for news stories which would include text and images. Would like the left and right column to be around 280px wide.

The sub pages will be with a header at the top and two columns. Left side will be for same stuff as center column on home page. Right side will be same as right page on home page.

I am just getting started with WordPress and have not mastered the column function yet. Is anyone interested in setting this up for me for a fee?
