Thank you for choosing to use this plugin! I just took the quiz on the link provided and was able to submit the quiz and view the results. The quizzes on my test site and the quizzes on http:/quizmasternext.com all submit for me. However, there seems to be several people that cannot submit the quiz on their sites.
The “sites name change to “undefined”” does help me narrow down the bug that may be causing some users to not be able to submit the quiz. Let me do some more testing and try to see what may be causing the issue.

No, this last update does not fix the issue. I face the same problem. I use only multiple choice in quizes. Example: http://linguapedia.com.ua/english-tests/the-places.html

Thank you for choosing to use this plugin! I just took your quiz twice and it successfully submitted both times. What browser are you using? Can you try using a different browser? Are you receiving any errors?

Hi Frank, thanks for fixing the problem. My first website, http://www.malaysiawillwriting.com/willwritingquestionnaire/ the problem solved without any update of the plugin.
My second website, http://malaysiashareinvestment.com/testing/ the problem still appear even after i install the latest update just now.
I use google chrome. Since I cannot restrict my clients on the platform that they use, I hope you can help me to check this out.

Hi Frank, I checked again just now. It works properly now. Just that it will take a few seconds for the results page to appear. I think this is fine.

I use your plugin to register for tickets. It sounds weird as I should use ticket plugin. But I like your plugin as I can modify a lot of things according to my need.
