    I want to allow/disallow membership registration in my site but . . . WTH! It’s gone!

    The correct setting should look like this right? (image from WPBeginner)

    But mine is missing. It looks like this! >.<

    Please help!. Already tried disabling all plugins but no to vail.

    Newbie here.
