Figured out a way around that problem although it is quite a pain what I have to do is make the description close it reopen and close it again and then it will save. Is there any way to make it where the price goes under the description this would be a nice feature to have implemented if possible
Yes, I get the same problem your having- see this post:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/adding-new-items-press-save-disc-icon-and-does-not-appear?replies=6
Will this get fixed? I have a client complaining how saving/changing is annoying to use. You should press the SAVE (disk icon) once and that’s it- not two or three times.
Download the new version 1.5.0
I downloaded the new plugin (version 1.5.0) and the changes look nice, thanks!
However, when I create a new item and fill in TITLE, DESCRIPTION, and both fields for the PRICES section and then press SAVE the information for the PRICES section does not show up.
If I look on the website, only the TITLE field information shows up. Under the WordPress Admin, the TITLE and DESCRIPTION fields will only appear for the new menu item.
After creating a new menu item, if I go back and reenter my information and press SAVE again, the plugin will only then publish everything.
I cannot solve a problem I cannot see. If you send me your credentials to my email of thingsforrestaurants.com I will have a look.
Sorry, but that is not possible. This is a client’s website, not mine.
Ok, then install the plugin in a clean wp to see if works good.
I am having the same problem.. the prices and descriptions don’t always get saved when I save them. worse yet,on the back end, (dashboard) the prices show up, but the front end (the page viewed by the customer, the prices show up!) to see the site, point the domain cozycornerdeli.net to 192.185.181.229 and view the site. The dns is not updated because the site is not completed yet. The customer is still using the old Joomla site.
thanks
I see your prices in the site. May be some other plugin is creating a conflict when the menu item is saved via ajax at the backend.
Try disabling all the plugins and then activate one by one until you find which one can be creating the problem.
