I saw 2 XML files linked in the code:
if($measurement == "grams")
$fileGold = "https://enigmaplugins.com/get_xml/gold.xml";
else
$fileGold = "https://enigmaplugins.com/get_xml/goldounces.xml";
But the code $contentsGold .= file_get_contents($fileGold); is unable to read those files. I downloaded the files to my local computer and linked them in the code and it worked just fine.
So I think there might be some issue in the XML hosted domain. Might be some permission issue. Can you please check if allow_url_fopen: Enabled in your php.ini?

Hi, having this very issue. I setup the site locally and it was working Friday, then, moved it over the weekend to a live server, but noticed that the prices were zeros. I just figured that it was the weekend and the market was closed, but today I noticed that it has not updated and still showing zeros. It was working locally, but stopped once I uploaded to live.

I am wondering if there is ip filtering that may be causing an issue? After I sent this, I found the url and can view the quotes, so I will keep poking around some more. Any pointers from any one out there? I had it running Friday.
No IP filtering that I’m aware of. Can you access one of the feed URLs directly as a test? Eg https://enigmaplugins.com/get_xml/silver.xml
The plugin works great while testing locally, but once it is uploaded to our live server, it zeros out. I searched MySQL looking for a table and row that I could try removing, possibly it is not updating when I make changes to my siteurl and home under options. I did a simple search using “search” under mysql. Wondering if you won’t mind pointing me to the correct table and row that it may be store under. I will try deleting the row and installing the plugin again, hoping this will correct any cached or saved data from my local install.

I understand that technical difficulties can be very frustrating, but aggressive accusations are rarely the best way to get help from a developer. I’d be happy to help you if you need it. Please:
1.) Open a new thread instead of posting in a resolved thread with an unrelated issue
2.) Clearly describe the issue/s you are having with enough information and screenshots that a reasonable person would need to assist you
3.) Please try to step back from your frustration and behave in a courteous manner when requesting help. I’ll forget your rudeness this time because I know how frustrating it can be when plugins don’t work immediately the way you want… but I won’t be so generous a second time.
