Can you tell me what process you have done in creating your homepage? From Theme Options > Home Slider Setting you’ve selected a slider, correct? Which one? What do you have enabled in Theme options > Home Layout?

You can find Theme Options by navigating to Appearance from the admin panel.
Also, ensure that you have the virtue/pinnacle toolkit plugin installed and activated.

You’re looking from “Customize”. You need to be in Appearance > Theme Options. Do you see this?

Yes, just enable featured products in your homepage layout manager from Appearance > Theme Options > Home Layout. First make sure you have set products to featured. You can do this by navigating to Products from the admin panel and selecting the star beside the product title.
