Active Button Effect

    Hi, I have one question. I use Max-Buttons with the hover effect. Is it also possible to create an “active effect”? So if I have clicked on the Button eg. Home, this button should be another color than the one with hover or the normal look. Can anybody help me?

    Hi Christina,

    At the moment we don’t support the ‘active’ effect, but it’s also a misunderstood property. ‘Active’ only happens when you -click- on a link and is visible very shortly .

    I guess what you want to do is to have a different button on every page to reflect navigation. The easiest to do is to have a different version of the button ready and put them only on the page that is active.

    Otherwise you’ll need to use WordPress templating functions to detect on which page you are and change the loaded buttons in this way. This differs on every theme however.
