Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function template()

    This plugin is part of a theme I bought. Having HTTP errors with media files I had to deactivate the plugin and since then the whole plugin is in state of error, as mentioned in the title above.

    How can I this solved, please?

    By the way, I am not a developer and thus not acquainted with code.

    I’v been trying several things, since my question remains unanswered.

    Deleting and re-installing the plugin does not solve the problem, because the error remains.

    Maybe I should also delete leftover data in the database? I know how to use FTP and can access folders and files: which files should I delete then if automatic deletion of the plugin is not the solution?
