url for closed ticket incorrect

For a specific agent, when he closes a ticket, the #{ticket_id} (with {ticket_url} linked is formatted to the blog page as a parent rather than the support page, i.e.
http://mysite.com/blog/my-first-ticket/
instead of http://mysite.com/ticket/ny-first-ticket/
This is only happening on the Closed ticket email notification, create and replies are all fine.
