'AND' Operator not working correcting in Posts

    I am using the version 4.9.9 of the shortcodes plugin on a Network install, and WordPress 4.4.
    I HAD been using the plugin activated over the network, but I deactivated it and re-activated at the site level and still have the same issues.

    I am trying to display certain posts that have been Categorized with ‘A’ AND ‘B’ but it shows me all that have ‘A’ or ‘B’. This is the first time I used this operand so I do not know if it was doing this before.
