so i created my CSV file using this plugin, and then tried to import it on my production site, but this is what im getting when i try to import:

what option should i select?

We have verified and found format issues in your CSV file. Here i have uploaded the updated csv in google docs – https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Sh49slZKuvrKhM3KHSvsBTDErf9ycQ3l5N9cYfm6Fl0/edit?usp=sharing. You can download this file as CSV to import. In future you can upload any csv to google spreadsheet to avoid any such format issues.
