Do you have the actual MailPoet Newsletter plugin installed? This is only a add-on plugin.
Yes I have MailPoet installed and use it weekly!
The folder or file name of the MailPoet plugin might not be correct. What does it read in your plugins directory?
The problem still exist. Sorry for the delay in getting back with you as I hit reply to your message from my email and it did not go anywhere. Can you assist me with getting this problem corrected please. I can send you information off line through email so that you can take a peek at our site.
I’m getting the same message, even though I have the main MailPoet plugin installed. Both seem to work just fine, but I still get that message across the top of the screen. There’s no way to get rid of it — no little x to close it out or anything like that.
Very strange.
