    I love this tool when it works!

    For some reason I am suffering an intermittent problem creating new users.

    A new order today resulted in no new order being created and the below messages appearing in Moodle logs.

    The web service function ‘unknown’ has been called.
    The web service function ‘unknown’ has been called.
    The web service function ‘unknown’ has been called.

    Yesterday a new order resulted in a new user being created successfully with the following messages

    The web service function ‘unknown’ has been called.
    The web service function ‘unknown’ has been called.
    The web service function ‘unknown’ has been called.
    The user with id ‘2’ changed the password of the user with id ’55’.
    The user with id ‘2’ created the user with id ’55’.
    The web service function ‘unknown’ has been called.
    The user with id ‘2’ enrolled the user with id ’55’ using the enrolment method ‘manual’ in the course with id ‘6’.
    The user with id ‘2’ assigned the role with id ‘5’ to the user with id ’55’.

    These 2 orders look the same in WP.

    I have tested it like crazy and see it work every time.

    Yet it fails for 50% of live orders/customers.

    Any thoughts appreciated.

    Let me know if you need any logs or anything.

    I have studied Paypal Transactions and orders and can not find anything to differentiate between working and non working users/orders.

    Guys, have you had any luck with the intermittent problem?

    We are continuing with the plugin and find it works for about 50% of the time.

    We have tried two paid alternatives but find MooWoodle is the best of the three options. It feels better, usability and support better, and the working percentage is higher. We just need it to go to 100%.
