    We’re considering adding dummy content to modules like Related Posts to help with local development, but we haven’t made any progress on this yet. You can follow our progress here:
    https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/385

    I’ll post again here once we start making progress.

    Until we solve that issue, I’m afraid I can only suggest that you make your Related Posts tests on a live sandbox.
