• Hie,

I created a new dev environment thewire.wpstagecoach.com and suddenly all of my stats are lost. Looks like the stats got attached to the new blog id.

Request to help with assigning the stats to thewire.in blog and retain thewire.wpstagecoach.com as dev environment and add jetpack for this as dev environment.

The blog I need help with is thewire.in.

I am getting burn from my editors. Request to help me resolve this asap.

I should be able to help you get your stats back, but before I do so, could you go to Settings > General in your dashboard, and make sure your WordPress address and site address settings are correct? You seem to be using an IP address instead of your site’s domain at the moment.

Once you’ve done so, could you go to Jetpack > My Jetpack in your dashboard, and disconnect your site from WordPress.com? Let me know when you’ve done so, and I’ll move your old stats back to that new site.

retain thewire.wpstagecoach.com as dev environment and add jetpack for this as dev environment.

You can do so by enabling Jetpack’s Development mode on that site:

    Hi jeremy,

I updated the details in wordpress url to domain name.

Can you please move the stats back to thewire.in?

Also, Will the latest stats be lost if we move the old stats or old stats will be merged with the latest ones?

Your site seems to be down at the moment. Could you let me know as soon as it’s back up?

    Thanks!

I’ll merge all the stats together, so nothing will be lost.

    Hi jeremy,

Are stats moved to the site? Can we disconnect and reconnect jetpack ?

It looks like your site still uses an IP address as the WordPress address:
    http://i.wpne.ws/dq5f

Could you take a look at your site settings once again? You can check your settings under Settings > General in your dashboard, as well as in the wp-config.php file in your WordPress installation.

    Thanks!
