tag-cloud widget or php inside a shortcode

Hi,
I try to integrate a tag-cloud widget in order to display is in tabs or in spoiler.
Just placing the shortcode in between the short-codes doesn´t work.
Is there a way to exchange “Spoiler content” with something like this: [utcw color_set=”#fff,#000,#bada55″] ?Thanks in advance.
