Can´t get the plugin to work

Hello, thank you for your plugin. i am sure it is excellent. the thing is i cant get it to work no matter what.
I downloaded the plugin, gave the permissions to he temp folder, activated it. put my API key and mi ID. i put the shortcode on the page with the store name and with the specific section ID. But all it shows is the shortcode…
I tried removing the “” as someone suggested. I put shortcode on TEXT instead of Visual… nothing. it only shows the shortcode… i dont know what else to do… i will try another plugin but it seems like this one is wonderful… please help.This is the store.
