What version of WordPress are you using?
What theme are you using?
Is this a new installation or has it been working for a while?
Have you recently upgraded the plugin?
Do you have an example link?
Thank you. The more info you provide the better we can assist.
I am having the same problem. I updated the plugin and it added this field. http://www.redhot-tattoo.com/reviews/
The install is 4.3.1
Avada theme
Was working until updated.
Cannot find where this field is being generated.
Also I am the site admin but I want to pass notifications to the site owner. How do I do that?
Now using plugin 3.0.5 lite
Using WordPress 4.3.1
The theme is called Akita
No it is not a new installation and had been working without a problem until upgraded to 3.0.4 still not working with upgrade to 3.0.5
Here is a link to the page

Thanks John.
If you go to the actual reviews page you will see where you can enter your business name. It replaces blank business name with your business name.

@dailydogwalkers is correct – look at the bottom of the reviews page for the WP Customer Reviews box. You will need to enter the company info there. If you don’t see it, go to Screen Options at the top of the page to make it visible.
Here is a screenshot of what it should look like:

You would need something else there, such as [WPCR_SHOW POSTID=”ALL”]
Please look at the “How To Use” tab for how to format the shortcode.
Explanation below: POSTID=”ALL” to show recent reviews from ALL posts/pages or POSTID=”123″ to show recent reviews from post/page ID #123
Got it now. Thank you I was looking in the wrong place.
@cheapseo, hopefully this fixed your issue. @ninza, looks like you are fixed up. @Hurcul56, hope this helped you as well. @curtisplumstone, glad that did the trick and thanks for the update.
same with me. I would simply prefer to use css or jquery to eliminate the field in its entirely. but, have been unale to get anyone to share how this may be done. any help would be appreciated. I don’t need the website or business name on my site at all.
