Unable to load Campaigns

    Whenever I try to load the /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wysija_campaigns page on my website, by either clicking “MailPoet” in the admin menu bar, or “Newsletters” under “MailPoet”, my site displays:

    Server error

    500

    The website encountered an error while retrieving /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wysija_campaigns. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

    Moments previously, I was able to access this section and even began creating a newsletter. However, now it’s completely inaccessible, despite turning the plugin on / off, deleting the entirety of the plugin folder and re-uploading a fresh copy, and refreshing the page several times. I am able to access the rest of the MailPoet pages.

    I am quite confused as to why this is happening, as I don’t believe I have done anything differently than I normally do when setting up MailPoet on a website. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    This is using the latest version of WP with the latest version of MailPoet.

    Just wondering if there’s been any progress on this issue?

    I have now spent a chunk of about 8 hours attempting to fix the problem. I have gone into the database, cleared out all the wysija tables, and removed all wysija options from the Options tables. I then re-uploaded and re-installed the plugin, and it failed to re-create any of the tables.

    I have absolutely no idea why this plugin fails to work on this website. It works on the other websites I use, but not this one. There aren’t any plugin conflicts.

    Some help would be greatly appreciated. My client must have access to this plugin, and I’m unable to re-build their site from the ground up because of their limited budget.
