Menu not showing on subpages

Hi,

Thank you for a lovely plugin. I have one problem though and it is that the menu is only showing on the front page and not on any sub-pages.

I am using the latest WP and a child theme. Site: http://ruthjoanna.com

Any idea what could be causing it?
