    Hi there.

    Yes, currently an agent can only chat with a user if they are logged into your WordPress dashboard.

    Thank you. Sorry another question. I am going to purchase pro today but, before I do that please confirm, if there are multiple agents assigned and we are all offline, if a chat comes, do we all get a notification? Or is it only in 1 assigned email?

    Hi there.

    Only a pleasure. Offline messages can be sent to as many email addresses as you like. You’ll find a text field you can enter them into on the settings page. (Separate each email address with a comma)
