Great plugin.

Have only tested it with my iPad 2 (iOS 8) on which the menu shows in portrait but not landscape orientation.

Is this a feature, hidden setting or a bug? I want the menu to show in both orientations.

There is a plugin setting where you can set the width from which you want to display the menu. Currently its set to 768 just change it to 1024 and it would be fine.
