Popup show again and again

Hello,

We want this pop up only show one time, but it randomly appears even when you close it. Maybe a conflict somewhere?

Here are some specs to help you investigate:

Popup configuration:

PopUp Loading Method: Page Footer
Theme compatibility: Okay: Your current theme uses wp_head(); and wp_footer(); correctly!
When to show the PopUp: Appear after 5 Seconds
Displaying Conditions:
– PopUp shown less than: 1
– Not from an internal link

How are you doing today?

Thanks for such well detailed info, I’ve tested popup conditions you’re using on my sandbox site and I couldn’t recreate the issue. Popup is displayed only once.

After checking your site I’ve seen there is a single js error which might be causing this or this can be related to another conflict.

Can you please try testing for conflicts by using default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.

Hello,

I have the same problem. Website: http://www.kartlandas.lt

For now I disabled pop-up because it shows ups on all pages even if you close it.

We are using Avada theme.

You’d probably want to open another thread as this can be related to something else.

With that being said please do try testing for conflicts as suggested above and let me know if you find anything 🙂

This is happening to us as well. Have had to disable the plug-in for now – we would be happy to go the premium version if this will solve the problem as we really like the simplicity of the Popup overall.

As I mentioned above this is most likely related to some sort of conflict so please try doing the testing suggested above to get further info.

Can you please try testing for conflicts by using default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.
