How can i put bullits into the description field?

I would like to make a bullit list when a visitor opens a picture in the Blocks toggle up/down view. Like this:

• Test
• Test Test
• Test Test Test

Can somebody help me out here? I have got the pro version.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.
