So far no cache correctly process if-modified-since request. Would you add this?

I’m trying to handle it already, see: https://github.com/petermolnar/wp-ffpc/blob/master/wp-ffpc-acache.php#L162

If that is not working, I need to find, why; can you confirm that it never works?
