When I try using the file-a-frame feature, my responsive menu for my entire website shows up underneath the search box. How do I get it to not show the menu? I’ve tried inserting different phrases into my shortcode, such as menu=”hide”, show_menu=”false”, responsive_menu=”disable”, etc. but so far nothing has worked. Please advise!

That’s an issue with the fileaframe template file which is found in your theme directory. I’ve tested it on over 30 themes and no menu comes up, so your theme must be adding menus in a unique way. You’ll have to examine the template file, removing one element at a time, to see if you can find the culprit.

It looks like my Responsive Menu plugin is causing the issue; the width of the fileaframe table/page is activating the menu “breakpoint”. Is there a code I can add that will get rid of the menu?
