Initialization Issue

    Hi, first of all, I want to thank you for writing this plugin, and for all the time you spend on the forums, I’ve been reading quite some today.

    I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong to setup the plugin on a test page I made to try it out.
    I see that in the <head> the .js gets included, also, if I use the web inspector, I can see that the markup for all the buttons is present, but there are no .js errors that hint me on what am I doing wrong.

    Would you mind helping me a bit? Here is the web page Im using for tests:
