    Hi,

Firstly, we are sorry for this delayed response.

    Kindly find the following solution-

Seems you have missed something while setting up the plugin or setting up your moodle site.

You can also turn on debuging mode for your wordpress site, so that if any error occurs during synchronization, you can pass the error message to us and we can work on the bug (if there is any in our plugin).

To turn on debuging mode use the following code in wp-config.php of your WordPress instance.

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );

    Looking forward to your response.

    Regards,
    Priyasha.

Marking this issue as resolved. If you have any more questions, please feel free to open a new thread.

    Thanks

    Dear Priyasha / Shan

Users who register on Shopping cart and purchase are not seen in Moodle course or moodle site. Turned on debugging in WordPress, but no issues – users are created in WordPress, but not in Moodle.

In moodle, I have opted Authentication as Manual Accounts. Do I need to turn on External database or Web services authentication??

    Thanks and Regards

    Hi Mithil,

Appologies for the late response. Thanks for your patience!

    Kindly check the following solution-

No, you don’t need to turn on External database or Web services authentication. It works with Manual Accounts. You just need to enable the web Services and keep the enrollment process manual.

We’re working on recreate such an issue. If we find such an issue, definitely fix that on next version and let you know.

    Dear Priyasha

I resolved the issue – for some reason, Woocommerce wasn’t marking the order as complete.

You may mark this issue as closed.

    Thanks and Regards
    Mithil
