Lightbox is not working with our custom WordPress theme

We purchase Pro Version of Portfolio Gallery for our WordPress website.
after installation of plugin we are facing some issue e.g:

lightbox feature is not working with our website theme.
Content Popup is not working.
Filter/Category option is not visiable on the page.
Please take a look in this issues.
