Issues – Users Cannot Add Tickets

This plugin is in testing phase at the moment on site. I have 2 questions:

1: I am having troubles making subscribers to be able to create tickets etc? It seems I have to go and change the ‘site role’ to ‘support user’ just to allow that particular user to create ticket, but this will be no good as i have a membership plugin that has already changed this role and is very important it remains the current roles. Is there any other way.

2: Is there any way to remove the site.com/ticket page as I am not wanting all other users to find this page, or redirect it to another page?
