    So just trying this out.

    I understand that loggin in to view your own ticket (customer) is for pro version only.

    But I also noticed that customer cannot reply to ticket to reply? Also, when a tech reply on ticket, customer only get last message but no history or original question.

    Are these part of pro too? These seems like rather basic features that should be included. I like to test everything out with basic features before buying pro. 🙂

    Hi there,

    No, login in to view your own ticket (customer) is available in free.
    Try creating test user and login with same. Now go to support page and create new ticket. You’ll be able to login and reply with same account anytime.

    Also, reply to reply notification (email piping) is pro feature.

    Thanks, what about showing original question or previous reply within email notification? Because if a visitor send a question without creating account, and get just answer Without original question attached, they might be a bit lost… cuz they might have forgotten what they wrote???
