ticket history

So just trying this out.
I understand that loggin in to view your own ticket (customer) is for pro version only.
But I also noticed that customer cannot reply to ticket to reply? Also, when a tech reply on ticket, customer only get last message but no history or original question.
Are these part of pro too? These seems like rather basic features that should be included. I like to test everything out with basic features before buying pro. 🙂
