Subscriber not receiving all emails

    The owner of the blog I help support just emailed saying she is not receiving all the emails when she posts. I asked her to resign up via the side form but she said she never gets the confirmation emails when she does this. I tried signing up this way myself and I immediately got the emails and showed in her list of subscribers.

    For that e-mail address (which I’ve asked the moderators to redact—posting the e-mail on a public forum is a good way to get it harvested by spammers!), it appears she has not confirmed the registration.

    She can visit http://subscribe.wordpress.com and enter her e-mail address. An e-mail will be sent to her with a link that she can use to manage her subscriptions—including approve pending subscriptions.
