Our members are unable to edit the profile section of their information. They can only edit the about section. For our customization setting, under member manage, both the about section and the profile section are there. Do you know why this might be happening?

Hi zachstache! Under each tab and box, there are visibility settings that control whether that tab or box appears if the account has specific folders/labels, or if the account is not listed in the directory. Please click on each tab/box in the member manage template, and make sure that is set correctly.
