    Which browser are you using?

    Perhaps try a different browser (eg: chrome) to see if you still get that error.

    currently using firefox 40.0.2. i will install chrome and try.

    after installing chrome it seems to work now. thank you for the advise. Do you think there will be firefox support in the future?

    WooCommerce POS should work fine in Firefox 31+. Please go to the demo site to confirm the POS works in Firefox.

    If you are having problems with your site you may need to clear Offline Website Data to reset IndexedDB.

    firefox 41 is also displaying same message, in my internal network and also on your demo site :
    indexedDB error
    [object Event]

    An indexedDB error will be shown if Private Browsing is enabled. Please see the following FAQ for more information.
