like icon image/style changes not working

Hello,

I changed the image for /images/thumb_up3.png to something else.

Then I changed the css for .lbg-style3 img, .unlbg-style3 img to be the size (specifically width) of the image.

For some reason, this change does not work in that, while the new image is there, the width change did not happen. It truncates the image at the original 16px, even though changed to 71px.

I have purged cache, in fact other changes like moving placement left to right or showing the +/- do show when refreshing page.

Is there something else I missed doing on this?
