Not Updating

I make updates on the back-end but it doesn’t save the changes on the front end. For example, I “disabled” Start Date and End Date but they continue to appear. Also I changed payment type to “None” and it still shows Payment upon arrival. Lastly, there is no “submit” button to submit a new reservation request on the front-end. Please help!
