    Hello,

    I have been having issues with slideshows on my website. I use a custom theme that utilizes the native wordpress gallery options. However, it seems as though my site is continuing to use the jetpack slideshow. I have spoken with my theme developer and he stated confirmed that the theme was not using the native gallery option. When I look at the code for my side against the gallery I see instances of
    class=’slideshow-window jetpack-slideshow slideshow-black’
    Can you please tell me how to disable this? Thanks

    You can switch between different gallery types by clicking on the small pencil icon that appears above each gallery in your post editor, and then by switching to a different gallery type. “Thumbnai Grid” is the default gallery type, but you’ll see other available types if you use Jetpack’s Tiled gallery module as well.

    1. Click on a gallery, and the pencil icon will appear: http://i.wpne.ws/cfk3
    2. Click on the pencil icon to get the gallery options to appear: http://i.wpne.ws/cdIN
    3. Change the gallery type: http://i.wpne.ws/cfdz
    4. Update the gallery: http://i.wpne.ws/cePm

    What kind of issues are you having with the Jetpack slideshows on your site? Is there anything I can do to help?

    If you post a link to one of your slideshows here, I’ll be happy to take a look.

    Thanks! You answered my question I ddint realize that the thumbnail grid was the native gallery type. That did the trick. I wonder why slideshow is there even though I dont have any gallery plugin activated.

    You could be using another plugin adding that gallery type, or your theme might be adding that type for you.
