    Dear user, the videos in gallery are shown in the same page and can not be divided on links.
    If you wish to have single page for each video, you can add them one by one in a separate pages.

    Also if you use the Youtube link in your text and install Lightbox Plugin https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/lightbox you can open the video in lightbox by clicking on that link
