Could you try the following:
1) Go the Jetpack menu in your dashboard
2) Click on “My Jetpack” at the top of the page.
3) Click on “Disconnect Site from WordPress.com” if your site is currently connected to WordPress.com.
4) Confirm the disconnection.
Let me know when it’s done, and I’ll update your Jetpack settings so you can reconnect and get your stats back.
Thank you!
With Jetpack, your stats information is connected to a unique blog ID. Sometimes, if a site owner was using a development site or a different address when they set up Jetpack, disconnecting may create a new blog ID. When this happens, it may appear that your stats were lost.
That’s what happened on your site; it previously used a different site URL, ntown.at/blog/.
I have fixed the issue, and you should be able to get your Stats and Subscribers back by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and reconnecting to WordPress.com.

Thanks alot!
That’s curious, because it’s beeing month since I changes it from ntown.at/blog to ntown.at.
I reconnected and there are still no stats, does it take some time to show stats again?
Cheers,
Patrick.
Could you try to disconnect again from WordPress.com, and let me know when it’s done?
Could you also let me know what you site settings are, under Settings > General in your dashboard?
Thanks!

Thank you. Could you now try to reconnect, and let me know how it goes?

Still no stats prior to the date of re-activation of Jetpack for ntown.at
That’s interesting, it seems that a new blog ID is created every time you reconnect Jetpack to WordPress.com.
Could you try to disconnect once again?
Thanks!

Sounds weird.
OK, I disconnected again. Try your best š
Greets, Patrick.
Hi Patrick,
Can you reconnect again? There is a bit of oddity on our end for sites that have WP in its own directory. We have a script to update a site’s URL on disconnect that got a bit confused and generated a new ID for you, instead of the expected behavior of connecting you to your site’s older data.
We’ve killed the script from firing on sites like yours until we can determine a proper fix.
Sorry for all of the confusion!
