You should be able to change the size of the popup with some custom CSS, would you mind posting link to your site where I can see the popup and let me know what do you have in mind.
As for removing human verify I don’t believe this is part of the PopUp plugin so I’m not sure what you’re referring to.

It really depends on what exactly are you looking to do, you can reduce popup width by adding the following to Popup -> Add new/Edit -> Custom CSS:
#popup .wdpu-msg {
max-width: 800px;
}
You’ll see popup custom CSS tab at the bottom of the page http://screencast.com/t/z6YAES8Rss1. Please note that this will affect only this popup and also that this is the original value which you can use to increase/decrease width of the popup.
