FATAL error on guest ticket

    can’t get the [addoscontact] shortcode to work! (which should allow GUEST users to submit tickets)

    when a non logged in user visits the page we get a FATAL error –

    Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘Exception’ with message ‘Should not happen: User is not logged in’ in

    looks fine for a logged in user.

    help!

    Did you configure the Contact and thankyou page in the plugin settings as to where you added the sortcode?

    Once thats properly set (and it’s not equal to the landing page) it should work fine.
