My custom CSS being overwritten by plugin CSS

    I’ve written custom CSS to style the slider and added it to my custom CSS file – same as I’ve done with numerous other site builds using this. This time my custom CSS is being overwritten by the slider CSS. I can see the web inspector that my code is recognized.

    Even stranger is that it uses SOME of my customization.

    I’m running a Studiopress child theme.

    Any ideas?
