not the main menu appears on me.

wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp-statistics%2Fwp-statistics.php (BLANK)

Check your PHP error log, this is usually caused by PHP running out of memory on the overview page.

@wepluggoodmusic: Check your PHP error log for messages that may be related. This is often a memory limit issue.

Then open a new thread instead of using a closed one.
