Admin Side Running slow after newest update | WordPress.org

Hi ever since I just did the newest Jetpack update, my site is running fine but my backend admin page is sooooo slow. It almost times itself out while trying to load. I can barely write a post anymore. Please help!!

Could you go to Jetpack > Settings in your dashboard, deactivate all modules one at a time, and see if the problem is linked to a specific module?
