guest featured image not working

The plugin worked well until some weeks ago, now only logged admin can posts featured images. I really need guest user to post without logging.
The image looks like uploading (I can see the progress bar) but no image appears in the end.

I tried to install wp in my local machine and updating wordpress and plugin both, but I received the message “error”.

I didn’t receive any php or .js error.

I’m using wpuf 1.3.2 and wp 3.8.8.
